Nestled in the beautiful mountain community of Lake Tahoe, California, just a three minute drive from historic old town Truckee and a ten minute drive from Northstar-at-Tahoe ski resort, my home-based office is the perfect wellness center.

A three minute drive from the Amtrack train station in Truckee, a five minute drive from Truckee Tahoe airport, approximately a forty minute drive from Reno International airport, and a half hour drive from the office of CFIDS physician, Dr. Daniel Peterson in Incline Village, Nevada, my office is centrally located for convenience.

In a spacious, serene setting, my office is a perfect environment for getting back in touch with yourself, focusing on a healthy lifestyle, and eliminating stress. Feel like you're in a garden while you meditate by the fire. Exercise with on-site workout equipment or partake in the wonderful outdoor activities that the area provides. Numerous hiking trails take you to breathtaking mountain lakes for the beginning hiker to the advanced mountaineer, or take the easy route and drive to the lakes. Many of these trails and lakes are close to my office. A three minute drive from my office will get you to a whole trail system in the Tahoe National Forest for walking, hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Whether you partake in one of these activities for five minutes or several hours it's perfect for anyone, including those with CFIDS.

With activities for all ages and all abilities, from riding in a horse-drawn sleigh under the light of the moon to skiing at some of the best resorts in the world in the winter or floating down the Truckee river to mountain biking down the ski slopes in the summer, Lake Tahoe is one of the most spectacular natural wonders of the world.
